What is Prime Food Service?
Prime Food Service is Pattaya's premier meat supplier, producing and supplying high-quality meat and fine foods to hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and retail customers. We are FDA and GMP approved with full traceability from farm to plate.
Where is your shop located?
Our shop is located at 82/49 M6 Soi Neunplabwan, Nongprue, Banglamung, 20260, Pattaya, Thailand. We're open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 4:30pm (closed for lunch 12:30-13:30).
Are your products FDA and GMP approved?
Yes, our processing facility is FDA and GMP approved. We meet the highest standards for food safety, hygiene, and quality control in Thailand, ensuring complete traceability from farm to plate.
Products
What types of products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of products including beef, lamb, pork, poultry, fish, sausages, bacon, ham, burgers, BBQ & grill items, ready meals, curries, pies, dry goods, and frozen foods. All products are made to international standards with natural ingredients and no preservatives or additives.
Do you use preservatives or additives in your sausages?
No, our sausages are made from natural ingredients and do not contain any preservatives or additives. We pride ourselves on using only the finest natural ingredients in all our products.
Do you offer ready meals?
Yes, we have introduced a ready-meals service to allow bars without a kitchen to serve their customers with quickly prepared meals. Check our ready meals page for more details.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
You can place orders through our website by browsing our products, adding items to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. You can also visit our shop in person or call us at 093 582 7156. You don't need to create an account to place an order, but it makes future orders easier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and credit/debit cards. For COD orders, the total price will be confirmed after weight-priced items are weighed. Bank transfer details are provided during checkout.
Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
Yes, you can change your payment method by logging into your order page and selecting "Change Payment Method". You can switch between bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash on delivery.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for business customers including restaurants, hotels, and retail shops. You can request wholesale access through our wholesale access form on the website. Our wholesale site is available at primefoodservice.net.
Delivery
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery throughout Thailand. We deliver to Pattaya customers 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday), to Bangkok every Thursday, and nationwide delivery is available for other locations.
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive 1-2 days after dispatch. While we aim to meet your preferred delivery date, this may not always be possible. If a specific date or time is critical, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
How are chilled products delivered?
Chilled products are packed in a foam box with dry ice and delivered using a 3rd party transport provider who specializes in temperature-controlled delivery to ensure your products arrive fresh and safe.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order status through your order page. You'll receive email notifications about order updates, and you can also connect your Line account to receive notifications via Line messages.

We ensure quality through supplier verification, regular product testing, proper storage standards, complete documentation for traceability, and regular staff training on food safety practices. Our motto is "quality in, quality out every time."
