Chicken jalfrezi is a flavorful and spicy Indian curry made with boneless chicken, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and a variety of spices. The word "jalfrezi" comes from the Bengali jhāl porhezī, meaning "hot/spicy fry," reflecting its signature stir-fried cooking method.  A delightfully flavorful curry

Defrosted (in a refrigerator), eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Cooking instructions Microwave (from fully defrosted) cooking times are a guide times may vary.
Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes (900w, 800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes adjust time as needed if the meal isn't quite done cook for a few more minutes allow to stand, 1 minute before serving.;
