Italian style pork sausage made with coarse cut shoulder pork seasoned with herbs and fennel.
Ideal fried or BBQ's and served with green peppers and onions in a roll or remove the casing and roll into little meatballs or fry in a pan and mix through your favourite pasta.

Cook and Flip Air fry for 10-15 minutes, flipping the sausages halfway through the cooking time
Check for Doneness: The sausages are done when they are well-browned on the outside and the internal temperature reaches a safe level. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the center is at least 160°F (71°C)
