Lorne is the traditional Scottish sausage, also known as square sausage, that's been made the same way for over 200 years.
Our Lorne sausage has no artificial preservatives or flavourings, so you can enjoy all the natural flavours in every bite.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Defrosted (in a refrigerator), eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Heat 1 – 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan, to medium heat. Remove the Lorne from the packaging and fry for approximately 6 – 8 minutes, turning several times. Lower the heat if required during cooking.

1. Prepare the air fryer. Arrange up to four slices of Lorne sausage in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding the basket to ensure even cooking.
2. Set the temperature. Cook at 190°C (375°F).
3. Cook for 9 minutes. Cook for a total of about 9 minutes.
4. Flip halfway through. At the halfway point (around 4–5 minutes), flip the sausages over to achieve an even finish on both sides.
5. Serve and enjoy. Serve the cooked Lorne sausage on a morning roll or as part of a traditional Scottish breakfast.
