Chicken breast need never be boring again. These breasts are stuffed with a succulent cheesy spinach mixture, and spices just heat and serve.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Defrosted (in a refrigerator) overnight eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
 

Cooking instructions air fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). cooking times are a guide times may vary.
Remove the chicken from its packaging and place it in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd the basket.
Cook for 15–20 minutes.  if the breast isn't quite done cook for a few more minutes allow to stand, 1 minute before serving.; 
Flip the chicken halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning.
Confirm that the internal temperature is 165°F (74°C).
Rest allow to stand, 1 minute before serving. as the filling can be extremely hot.
