Cooking instructions air fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 375–400°F (190–200°C). The hotter temperature provides a quicker, crispier result, but a slightly lower temperature like 375°F also works well.
Prepare the patties. Remove the pork patties from the freezer and lightly spray both sides with cooking oil. While not strictly necessary for most frozen burgers, this can help the exterior get crispy.
Season the patties with your preferred burger seasoning, salt, and pepper. For better adhesion, some cooks season after the first flip when the burger is no longer frozen.
Arrange the burgers in a single, non-overlapping layer in the air fryer basket. Overcrowding can lead to steaming instead of crisping. You may need to cook in batches depending on your air fryer's size.
Cook for 12–15 minutes. Air fry the burgers for 6–8 minutes on the first side.
Flip and continue cooking. Flip the patties over and cook for another 6–8 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Check for doneness. The minimum safe internal temperature for ground pork is 160°F (71°C). Always use an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the center of the patty to confirm it's ready.
